The challenge was to create a robust dashboard that could consolidate massive amounts of data from hundreds of stores into a single, intuitive platform. The tool had to serve multiple user groups—from store managers monitoring local performance to executives analyzing nationwide trends—while remaining simple, accessible, and reliable. Beyond displaying data, the platform needed to empower teams to act quickly, spot opportunities, and ensure operational excellence in a highly competitive retail environment.
