Bossa partnered with iPet to define both the brand strategy and the user experience. We began with research workshops to understand the audience: pet owners who value trust, convenience, and emotional connection with brands. From there, we crafted a brand positioning that spoke to care, community, and joy. Visually, we created a playful yet premium identity that could scale across digital and physical touchpoints. On the product side, we designed the end-to-end marketplace experience — from onboarding and product discovery to cart and checkout. The UI/UX focused on clarity and warmth, ensuring that browsing felt as intuitive as shopping in a local pet store.
